Appeal from decree for plaintiff and dismissing defendant’s cross-bill. The District Judge, in his opinion in the record, found the facts. Plaintiff alleged; That the defendant Granite Brick Company was chartered under and pursuant to the laws of South Carolina, for the purpose of making and selling, what it alleged to be, a superior quality' of brick.
