At the April, 1930, term of this court, by leave of court first had and obtained, an information was filed by the People of the State of Illinois, on the relation of the Chicago Bar Association, against John J. Gorman, respondent, charging him with malfeasance in his office as attorney at law of this court and praying for his disbarment. At the June, 1930, term, respondent filed his answer, and the cause was referred to a commissioner to take proofs and to report his findings. The proofs were taken, the master’s report recommending that respondent be disbarred, and respondent’s exceptions…
