Curbmaster, Inc. appeals from the judgment entered on the August 21,1990 order of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas which denied appellant’s post-trial motions and awarded appellee, Pittsburgh Contractors Equipment Co. (“PCEC”), the right to indemnification from appellant. Appellant raises numerous allegations of trial court error. We remand on the issue of set-off of damages, but in all other respects, we affirm.
