Plaintiff, Jennifer Kimbley, filed a request for injunctive relief, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(a) (preliminary injunction) and 65(b) (temporary restraining order), seeking to prevent Defendant, Lawrence County, Indiana (“County”), from erecting and maintaining a monument containing the Ten Commandments on the Lawrence County Courthouse lawn.
