This is an action on an insurance policy issued by the defendant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, indemnifying plaintiffs, James E. Bickel and wife, against loss or damage to their automobile by collision.

The case was tried to a jury, and after hearing Mr. Bickel’s testimony defendant moved the court to enter summary judgment for the plaintiffs for only the cost of repairs, storage and towing, pursuant to the terms of the insurance contract.
