This is an action for damages for alienation of affections. The jury answered special questions and returned a gen*767eral verdict for plaintiff. Defendant has appealed, and contends, first, that her demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence should have been sustained for the reason that it was not sufficient to establish a cause of action in favor of plaintiff and against defendant.
