This action was brought to recover damages for injuries sustained in an automobile collision. The plaintiff, Aubrey *43V. Earhart, a minor, was a junior college student at Hutchinson, and the action was brought in his behalf by his mother and next friend. Defendant prevailed, and plaintiff appeals.
