Shaun Brady (petitioner) petitions for our review of the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming the denial of benefits by the referee pursuant to Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §802(e) (willful misconduct). We will reverse.
