Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s *735intestate allegedly caused by the negligence of defendant in the operation, between street intersections, of its trolley car, which collided with the intestate as she was crossing the street. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff, entered upon a jury verdict, defendant appeals. Judgment reversed on the law and the facts, with costs, and complaint dismissed on the law, with costs.
