THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case, and the matter presently under consideration is an adversary proceeding filed by Erwin and Ursula Weinreich (Plaintiffs) against Ben B. Langworthy, Jr. (Debtor). The Plaintiffs seek a determination that an obligation allegedly owing to them by the Debtor is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (4) and (6).
