This suit was brought September 39, 1905, by John P.. Moon and his wife, Sarah M. L. Moon, against Jonathan Lane and A. R. Anderson, sheriff of Harris County, Texas, to enjoin the sale of certain real property levied upon by virtue of an execution issued upon a certain judgment against Mrs. Moon, and to have the judgment declared a nullity. Such judgment, execution and levy will be more fully described in our conclusions of fact.
