On August 12, 1920, G. W. Hustead and others, doing business under the firm name of Hustead & Tucker, filed suit in the district court of Wichita county against Mrs. Roy (Della) Taylor and Dave Bowen. The suit was to recover $5,754.55 for fuel oil furnished to Mrs. .Taylor and Bowen for the purpose of drilling an oil well, and to foreclose a materialman’s lien upon certain materials and machinery constituting a drilling rig.
