This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on Howmedica’s Invalidity Defense and Counterclaim and Motion for Summary Judgment on Howmedica’s Estoppel Defense (Docket No. 183) filed by Plaintiffs, Zim-mer Technology, Inc. and Zimmer, Inc.
