On September 24, 1931, Eva S. McAdams filed her bill for separate maintenance against her husband, Frank J. McAdams. The bill alleged their marriage on October 10, 1904; that they continued their marital relationship until June, 1931; that three children, two sons and one daughter, were born of the marriage; that the younger of the boys is 19 and the older 24 years of age, and the daughter 22 years of age; that one of the boys and the daughter are living with complainant.
