Defendant-Appellant Juan Jose Ron-quillo a/k/a Daniel Jose Ortiz (“Ronquillo”) pleaded guilty to two crimes: (1) conspira cy to possess with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(vii); and (2) possession with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(vii).
