In this action, the plaintiff, Augusta Y. Wehoffer, sought to recover of defendant, John Wehoffer, her former husband, the sum of $4,950, as reasonable value of the use and occupation of certain real property for the period from May 1, 1933, to and including February 22, 1944. The defendant admitted having used and occupied the premises, but denied liability for rent. He pleaded two counterclaims.
