The complainant, as the administrator of the estate of M.M. Abernathy, deceased, filed his original bill in the Chancery Court to sell the decedent's lands for the payment of debts and for a distribution of the remainder to those entitled there to. It is alleged that M.M. Abernathy died July 30, 1946, intestate, and that he left surviving him his widow, Belle E. Abernathy, but no children or descendants of children, and without living parents.
