Darrell J. Miller. '(Claimant) petitions for review of the November 25, 2014 order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), affirming a referee’s determination that he is ineligible for benefits under section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law).2 We vacate and remand., -Claimant was employed by Wayne Mills Company (Employer) as a laborer from October 1, 2008, until July 8, 2014.
