This is an appeal by an employer and insurance carrier from an award for additional death benefits to a dependent crippled child of the decedent, pursuant to the provisions of subdivision 1-a of section 16 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. The facts are not in dispute, and the only question involved is whether the new award should have been made against the Fund for Reopened Cases, provided for in section 25-a of the Workmen’s Compensation Law.
