In an Opinion and Order dated June 14, 2001 this Court dismissed Plaintiffs’ Class Action Amended Complaint against both defendants pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with leave to replead within twenty days should Plaintiffs deem they can consistently therewith frame a sufficient complaint.
