Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (Lawliss, J.), entered January 24, 2000, which, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, sua sponte, found petitioner in criminal contempt for failure to obey the provisions of a prior custody order.

In June 1999, petitioner and respondent consented to the issuance of a custody order governing their minor child.
