Armando Luis Jessurum Medrano appeals the district court’s entry of judgment as a matter of law in favor of the Investment Emporium and Antonio Pena on his overtime claim under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 207(a). He argues that the defendants’ Rule 50 motion was granted in error because he produced sufficient evidence to support his claim for unpaid overtime. He also argues that the district court erred in excluding certain pieces of evidence.
