McVey, the appellee, on the 27th day of April, 1855, and during the sitting of the Cass Circuit Court, filed his complaint against the defendants, the appellants, praying an injunction to restrain them from removing a quantity of pork, hams, &c., out of the jurisdiction of the Court, and for the appointment of a receiver. The case made by the complaint is as follows:
