The plaintiff appellant filed an action on account for amounts allegedly owing it under a contract to sell specified video time. The suit was brought against Henderson-Crowe Productions, Inc. and against Charles Henderson and Jerry Crowe individually. The individual defendants moved for and obtained summary judgment *454and plaintiff appeals.
