Sanctions for frivolous conduct are imposed upon plaintiff pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1 in the amount of $5,000, and the Clerk of Supreme Court, New York County is directed to enter judgment in that amount against plaintiff, payable to the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection.
