This litigation involves the liability of appellant on a title insurance policy. The appellees, James R. Moore and Marie L. Moore, his wife, filed this action against the appellant, Commercial Standard Insurance Company (hereinafter called “Commercial”), to recover for loss or damage sustained by the Moores.
