GAJARSA, Circuit Judge.
DECISION
Michael M. Johnson appeals the decision of the United States Court of Federal Claims granting the United States’ motion for summary judgment as to Johnson’s Fifth Amendment takings claim. Johnson v. United States, 49 Fed. Cl. 648 (2001). Because Johnson has no standing to bring the takings claim before the Court of Federal Claims, we affirm.
