This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals reversing a judgment of conviction and order denying a motion for post-conviction relief and remanding the case to the circuit court for a new trial. The judgment of conviction and order were entered in the circuit court for Racine county, the Hon. Richard G. Harvey, Jr., presiding.
