Appellant Robert Michael Gonzales challenges his convictions for aggravated battery and felony murder, predicated on cruelty to children in the first degree, in connection with the death of three- year-old Samuel Carroll, the son of Appellant’s girlfriend Jocelyn Carroll. Appellant contends that the evidence was legally insufficient to support his convictions.
