Dr. Armin Oskouei, the owner of two medical facilities, filed a lawsuit alleging that Zachary Matthews, a defense attorney who represented clients in cases that tangentially involved the medical facilities, made defamatory statements suggesting that Oskouei performed “illegal” surgeries, among other things.
