HICKS, Circuit Judge.

Habeas eorpus by Timotea Gonzales, alias Helen Gonzales, against Zurbrick, District Director of Immigration, et al. The alien was held by virtue of a deportation warrant. The District Judge dismissed the writ, and the alien appealed.

The alien, a Mexican twenty-five years old, the wife of Tranquillio Gonzales, lawfully entered tho United States with her husband on December 16, 1926.
