This action is brought by two closely held corporations and the two stockholders who own, manage and control them. The plaintiffs allege that the principal defendants are two former employees of the plaintiffs- and a corporation organized by these employees to aid them to compete unfairly with the plaintiffs and in the execution of other acts of which the plaintiffs complain.
