Plaintiffs in error (who are husband and wife) will be designated as defendants, and defendants in error (who are copartners) will be designated as plaintiffs, in accord with their respective titles in the trial court.

Plaintiffs sued and, upon the verdict of a jury, recovered judgment in a justice’s court for $151.87, as a balance on account, and, upon trial de novo in the county court on appeal, again recovered judgment, upon the verdict of a jury, but only for the sum of $105.
