Grand Rapids Die Casting Corporation (the company) appeals from a judgment of the District Court enforcing an arbitration award under section 301 of the Taft-Hart-ley Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, 507 F.Supp. 1355. The award set aside the discharge of employee Doug Cook for excessive absenteeism.
