Mary E. Muller, as beneficiary, brought suit against Sovereign Camp of the Woodmen of the World (now Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society) on an insurance certificate issued to her deceased husband, Harry A. Muller. The judge, hearing the case without the aid of a jury, rendered judgment for the plaintiff. The exception is to the overruling of the defendant's motion for new trial on the general grounds.
