This appeal involves a controversy arising out of a guardianship proceeding. J. Frank Redfield, guardian of the estate of Ethel Nelson, an alleged mentally incompetent person, filed in the pending guardianship proceeding his final account, to which his ward, Ethel Nelson, filed her objections. At a hearing subsequently had, the superior court for Skagit county entered a decree adjusting and settling the final account; fixing the amount for which the ward should have general recovery against the guardian; ordering the return to her of certain personal and real property then in the possession…
