Plaintiffs-Appellees George A. Stookey and Janet R. Stookey (the “Stookeys”), d/b/a Teller Training Institute of Indianapolis, brought suit against defendants-appellants Teller Training Distributors, Inc. (“TTD”), Teller Training Institutes, Inc. (“TTI”) and David Lonay (“Lonay”) for deceptive franchise practices, common law fraud, and related claims.
