MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Judgment pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as to defendants Bank of America, N.A. and Joseph Massey (“bank defen dants”), as well as the John Abridge Company, Phillip McGovern, Kathleen McKeon, and Judy Oakley (“Akridge defendants”) [Dkt. 87]. 1 The Court will grant the motion.
