hThe plaintiff filed suit seeking damages after she was injured in a car accident when the vehicle in which she was traveling was struck by a truck belonging to Ambar Drilling. The Ambar Drilling vehicle was driven by the daughter of one of the company’s employees. The employer and its insurer filed a motion for summary judgment asserting that the daughter’s use of the company truck was not covered by the employer’s insurance policy.
