This is an appeal from the circuit court of Wabash county, by appellant, John C. Woodham (hereinafter called plaintiff), such court having dismissed the complaint of plaintiff for want of equity in this action. Plaintiff had filed a complaint as against appellees, Blaine L. Miller, Beulah Miller, Edna J; Miller and Albert J. Miller (hereinafter called defendants) in aid of execution, to set aside two deeds given by defendants, Blaine L.
