This was an action for an injunction commenced by the appellant against the appellee. The appellee entered an appearance to the action, and filed a demurrer to the complaint, for the reason that the complaint “does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action against the defendant. ’ ’ The material allegations con*50tained in the complaint are as follows: 1. That plaintiff (appellant) is the owner of lot 31, in Rose’s addition to the city of Terre Haute. 2. That there are, upon said lot, a dwelling house and other buildings. 3.
