Plaintiff, the Chicago Housing Authority, filed a complaint under the Forcible Entry and Detainer Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 57, par. 5,) against the defendant, Lee J. Walker, tenant in a housing development owned and operated by plaintiff. The suit was to recover possession of an apartment. The trial court allowed the defendants motion to dismiss the complaint and entered judgment on the pleadings in favor of the defendant. This appeal followed.
