The intervenor-respondent, Paul Dreska, moved for an order discharging petitioner’s attorney James R. Sandner (who was counsel to the New York State United Teachers [NYSUT]), or, in the alternative, that NYSUT assign legal representation to him or pay the cost of an attorney chosen by him.
