AMENDED OPINION

GREENAWAY, District Judge.

Presently before the Court are defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Plaintiff Gaye Newsome alleges that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor, defendant William Coleman, during her tenure at defendant Administrative Office of the Courts (“AOC”), in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. §§ 10:5-1 et seq. (“LAD”), and state tort law. 1 For the reasons discussed below, defendants’ motions are granted in part and denied in part.
