MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBRITTON, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is before the court on the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. The Defendants, the City of Clanton, John Stephens (“Stephens”), and A1 Bearden (“Bearden”), filed their Motion for Summary Judgment on January 30, 1996. On February 22, 1996, the Plaintiffs, Sidney Griffin (“Griffin”), Jeff Cleckley, and Louise Cleckley, filed a brief in opposition to the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, this court finds that the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment is due to be GRANTED.
