Plaintiff filed a complaint alleging that defendant committed an unlawful employment practice in violation of ORS 659.030(l)(a). Defendant filed alternate motions to dismiss and for summary judgment on the ground that plaintiffs claim was barred by the one-year Statute of Limitations. The court granted defendant’s motions. Plaintiff appeals, and we affirm.
The undisputed facts are taken from plaintiffs complaint filed on January 22,1992, and a letter plaintiff wrote to the Corrections Division on January 9,1991. Plaintiffs complaint alleges in pertinent part:
