The central issue in this case is whether the contract in question is governed by the laws of Tennessee or those of Arkansas.
The parties entered into a contract which called for the appellee, St. Charles Custom Kitchens of Memphis, Inc., (hereinafter, “St. Charles”) to install a custom kitchen in the appellant’s home in Blytheville, Arkansas.
