WILLSON, District Judge.

On December 5, 1955 the government filed a complaint and declaration of taking for the acquisition of a clearance easement on 64.88 acres (hereinafter to be called 64 acres) of land in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for use in connection with the Greater Pittsburgh Airport. The sum of $2,450 was deposited In the Registry of the Court as estimated compensation. On the same date this court by Judge Marsh entered an order of judgment on the declaration of taking.
