This is an original proceeding in this court instituted by the petitioner, school district No. 40 of Bryan county, Okla., asking this court to issue a writ of prohibition directed to Asa E. Walden, judge.of the Eighth judicial district of Oklahoma, presiding in and for Carter county, restraining and prohibiting him from entering any order interfering with the jurisdiction of the district court of Bryan county in cause numbered 10055, wherein school district No. 40 of Bryan county is the plaintiff and C. P. McCoy and the Federal Surety Company are the defendants.
