¶ 12. I respectfully dissent from the majority’s opinion. I would affirm the circuit court’s directed verdict in favor of Dr. Beth Stinnett, and I submit that the circuit court correctly found that Bennie Braswell Jr.’s proffered expert’s opinion lacked sufficient basis to establish his prima facie case or meet his burden of production herein.
